Dr. Prachi Awasthi is a professional with over 15 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing and is currently the Professor and Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Choithram College of Nursing and Choithram Hospital, Indore. She also works as the Senior Midwife/In-charge at SWA-Choithram's Natural Birthing Centre and as a Midwife Counselor at the Healthy Mother Healthy Baby Cell. Dr. Awasthi teaches and supervises nursing students at both graduate and postgraduate levels. She is actively involved in organizing workshops, conferences, and skill-building programs for nursing students and professionals. She has also contributed to public health through her work with Jansahas NGO. Dr. Awasthi has published research on labor pain, maternity care, and birthing processes. She is also a certified trainer in various fields, including elderly care, HIV/AIDS, and maternal health.
