Currently serving as Clinical Effectiveness Consultant IV at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital, Neha brings a rich and diverse background across the healthcare continuum?from her early work as a clinician (Dentist) serving underserved populations to her current leadership in clinical quality improvement.
Her career is defined by a consistent focus on transparency, equity, and compassion in healthcare delivery. Neha has spearheaded patient safety engagement initiatives across India, Canada, and the United States, and holds the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential. She has educated global audiences on social determinants of health, healthcare equity, and patient safety, and proudly served as an Ambassador for the American Cancer Society in 2024.
Neha?s leadership spans clinical, academic, and advocacy domains. She serves as Editor for Unified Citation Journals (2025?present), was honored as Best Speaker at the 15th American Healthcare, Hospital Management, Nursing, and Patient Safety Summit, and will deliver a keynote address at the ICNHC 2025 Conference in November. She is also slated to participate as a panelist in pivotal discussions at Health2.0 in Las Vegas in April 2026.
