Biography

Arshiya Mohammed is a distinguished lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computer Science, King Khalid University, Abha, Saudi Arabia. With a strong academic background and over 18 years of teaching experience, she has significantly contributed to the field of computer science education and research.

She holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD at Acharya Nagarjuna University, India, to further deepen her expertise in advanced computing technologies.

Arshiya has authored more than 25 research papers published in reputable international and national journals and conferences, including those indexed in the Science Citation Index (SCI). She has also contributed book chapters to academic publications by renowned international publishers. In addition to her research, she actively participates in the academic community as a peer reviewer for prestigious journals and has served as a keynote speaker at various international conferences, sharing her insights and findings with fellow researchers and academics.

As a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Arshiya remains committed to the advancement of technical education in India and beyond. Her research interests span key areas in modern computing, including Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Computer Networks, and Mobile Computing. Passionate about exploring and teaching these fields, she continues to inspire students and contribute to the ever-evolving landscape of computer science.

Implementation of Big Data in Modern Business: Fraud detection and prevention Techniques

The big data term was started in the year of 2012 and since then it has emerged as one of the top trends in the business and technology world. Big data is referred to as massive data or information in business and technology. Many organizations are collecting, storing, and analyzing vast data in today’s world. This data is commonly referred to as big data due to its volume, velocity, and variety of forms it takes. Businesses are recognizing the potentiality of big data and processing it to analyze the business. The development of Bigdata tools has a significant impact on managerial decisions making in modern business. The key to success in big data implementation includes a clear business objective, a strong data infrastructure, skilled people, a strong decisionmaking team, and the correct analytical tools. The main objective of this research paper is to find the challenges, and implementation of big data, and how big data revolutionizes fraud detection and prevention in modern business.
