Biography
Professor Yousef Farhaoui is a distinguished faculty member at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Errachidia, Moulay Ismail University, where he also serves as the Director of the Research Laboratory of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Artificial Intelligence (IMIA). He is internationally recognized as one of the top 2% most influential researchers worldwide (Stanford & Elsevier 2023 ranking). His research spans artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, and data science, with numerous publications in high-impact journals and conferences

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has redefined the foundations of computer science, where Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and emerging computing paradigms converge to create both opportunities and unprecedented challenges. As organizations and societies become increasingly dependent on connected systems-ranging from smart cities and healthcare IoT to financial ecosystems and critical infrastructures-ensuring trust, security, and resilience is paramount.
