Biography

Dr. John N. Paul is a Fellow of the Academy of Public Health and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Human Anatomy at Rivers State University. He completed his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, specializing in Physical/Forensic Anthropology. With over 80 publications in local and international journals, he is recognized for his research in forensic anatomy. Dr. Paul also has expertise in Public Health, particularly Epidemiology and Medical Statistics, applying strong skills in data analysis and visualization. He serves as a reviewer and editorial member for more than ten reputable international journals. Known for his ethical scholarship and humanitarian efforts, he volunteered for over five years as an independent monitor for the World Health Organization in hard-to-reach areas of Rivers State. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he contributed as a surveillance officer managing persons of interest in the state?s emergency response. Dr. Paul is highly regarded for his resourcefulness and commitment to public health and research excellence.
