Biography

Macia de Oliveira is a multilingual professional (French, English, Portuguese, Spanish) with strong experience in international cooperation, organizational development, and mental health. She holds a B.A.A. in Administration (HR), an MBA in Consulting and Management, a DESS in International Environment, and is currently pursuing a Master?s in Mental Health at T?LUQ, Canada. She has worked with Oxfam in B?nin and S?n?gal, as well as CECI-WUSC in Peru, supporting associations and organizations in areas such as gender justice, climate action, health, and community development through organizational analysis, training, coaching, and strategic planning. She also has professional experience in project coordination, human resources, banking, and childcare management in Canada. Her academic and professional background is complemented by international training and fieldwork in India, South Africa, and China. She is skilled in Office Suite, online collaboration tools, coaching (PNL), translation, and research, and she continues to contribute as a research assistant and student leader at T?LUQ.
