Biography

Tim Tarver is a dynamic and innovative AI/ML Engineer and Full-Stack Developer based in Daytona Beach, Florida. With a strong foundation in mathematics and computer engineering, Tim holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Bethune-Cookman University, a Master of Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at Ball State University. He has also completed specialized training in Applied Data Science from MIT Professional Education and holds numerous industry-recognized certifications in cybersecurity, encryption, Python programming, and machine learning.

Tim has led cutting-edge projects in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and intelligent automation systems across various platforms, including Azure and Google Cloud. His professional journey includes impactful roles at Outlier AI and Flomad Labs R&D, where he contributed to the development of large language models (LLMs), agentic AI workflows, and quantum AI research. A strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, Tim has managed machine learning teams and played a key role in DevSecOps integration and backend architecture for AI deployments.

He is an active member of the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society and serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Tim brings a visionary approach to technology, constantly seeking to align his work with innovation and real-world impact.
