Abstract

Climate Change and Agriculture High-Quality Development

Because overuse of fertilizer, overdose of pesticide, introduction of exotic plant species or varieties, plant resources relationship has changed in the process of plant growth, which will easily result in soil degradation, vegetation degradation and crop failure or waste of Soil resources. After a couple of years researches, the results show that, Now, agriculture development has entered the agriculture high-quality development, which is to take some measures or methods to make the land produce the maximum output and services and meet people's yearning for a better life and the needs of agricultural production services. the theories of agriculture high-quality development include the resources use limit by plants (RULP), which is the lower limit of plant use soil water resource. Vegetation carrying capacity (VCC) is the ability of soil resources to support vegetation. The critical period of plant resource relationship regulation is the critical period to regulate the plant resource relationship. The RULP in water-limited regions are soil water resources use limit by plants (SWRULP), which is the soil water resources in the maximum infiltration depth (MID) when the soil water content in every soil layer equal to wilting coefficient. For examples, the maximum infiltration depth is 290 cm, soil water resources use limit by plants in caragana shrub is 228.4 mm in semiarid regions. VCC in water-limited regions is soil water Vegetation carrying capacity, which is the quantity of population or density of indicator plants in a plant community when the resources supply is equal to resources consumption in the crown or root zone. For example, the soil water Vegetation carrying capacity is 71 brush per 100 m2. The critical period of plant resources relationship regulation (CPPSRR)in water-limited regions is the critical period of plant water relationship regulation (CPPSRR). The critical period of plant water relationship regulation (CPPSRR) in the Red Plum Apricote is the period from the movement soil water resources in the MID is equal to the SWRULP to the expanding period (On 15 July). We must select best plant species or varieties, take suitable initial planting density and effective measures or methods to ensure plant normal grow and get the cultivate goal.
