A horticultural, soil and water environmental expert with more than 40 years of experience at IAV Hassan II in coordinating and managing field-based projects and technical teams involved in water resources management, the use of saline water and the use of pre-treated sewage in Horticulture. He holds a master’s degree in Agronomy from the Institute of Agronomy and veterinary Hassan II Rabat Morocco, and a PhD in environment Horticulture from the University of Minnesota, St Paul USA. He joined ICBA as a senior scientist in Horticulture in 2015 for a period of two year and he still serves as Senior fellow at ICBA. Actually, serves as senior professor at the Agriculture Innovation and Technology Center in the University Mohamed VI Polytechnique in Morocco. As a project manager, he worked extensively on evaluating the use of treated sewage water in agriculture. He has produced numerous publications, including edited books, research reports, articles in peer-reviewed international journals and books in the field of non-conventional water.
