Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the female (athletes and non-athlete) at Punjab University facing the problem of common problem of diabetes Mellitus. It has been cursed all over the world and in Pakistan as well, occurring due to an imbalanced diet and also depending on inheritance. The data has been collected from the Punjab University Health Center, 41 females have been selected and their demographic variables (Age, weight & height) were also taken.

Their age range was 28.5 ± 3.1 to 40.5 ± 4.2. Control has also taken N=10 for future comparison. The pretest values have been taken and baseline values have been taken. The experimental group has given 3 months physical training program along with medicine (Sitagliptin/Metformin HCL 50/500-1000 & Dapagliflozin 5mg) recommended by the doctor. The session lasted for three months through both treatments (Exercise & medicine). The pre and post-test values have been analyzed through SPSS-26.

The significant values tested at 5% and the outcome was positive showed significant at this level. The HB1c test is valid test and the data reliability is calculated through Cronbach’s Alpha (reliability coefficient) which resulted in 0.76 through SPSS-26. The results concluded that the treatment is effective and beneficial for females for having control hb1c values and consistent in safe mode for diabetic patients.
