Dr. Ibrahim Ali Al-Bahar Academic, university professor, and international expert, he has published more than (50) research papers in international peer-reviewed scientific journals, participated in (15) international peer-reviewed scientific conferences, and authored more than (100) academic books published in seven languages and made available through all international publishing houses, websites, and stores. Dr. Ibrahim Ali Al-Bahar is an assistant professor at University of the People, an assistant professor at the Islamic University of Minnesota, an academic supervisor at Leeds Professional University, an editorial board member for seven international peer-reviewed scientific journals, an certified author for eight international publishing houses, a certified expert at the QS World Foundation, a certified expert at LinkedIn, a certified expert at the Canadian Center of Education and Science, a certified expert at Asian Institute of Research, and a certified expert at Medwin for Publishing. Abstract
The Role of Servant Leadership in Achieving Effective Performance in Jordanian Cancer Treatment Centers from The Perspective of Administrators Working There: The current study aimed to identify the role of servant leadership in achieving effective performance in Jordanian cancer treatment centers from the perspective of their administrators. The study used a descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire consisting of (30) items as developed, divided into three dimensions. The study sample consisted of (150) administrators in Jordanian cancer treatment centers. To process the data statistically, arithmetic averages and standard deviations were used. The t-test was also used to determine the differences according to the gender and academic qualification variables, One-way ANOVA was used to determine the differences according to the variable of years of experience. The results of the study showed that the administrators? estimates of the dimensions of the scale of the role of servant leadership in achieving effective performance in Jordanian cancer treatment centers were average. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (?=0.05) between the averages of the administrators? estimates of the total score of the scale of the role of servant leadership in achieving effective performance in Jordanian cancer treatment centers, depending on the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience, the study recommended the need to implement educational strategies that enhance practical and applied performance in Jordanian cancer treatment centers. In addition, it is necessary to develop advanced training programs to develop administrative leadership in Jordanian cancer treatment centers, taking into account modern technological developments and innovations.
