Biography

Prof. Dr Zhaohao Sun is an Australian, graduated from Bond University Australia, University of Ballarat, Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus (TU Cottbus), Germany and Hebei University, China with PhD, Graduate Cert. of Edu., MSc (Dipl.-Math.), MSc, and BSc respectively. Dr Sun is currently a full professor of Information Technology, School of Business Studies, Papua New Guinea University of Technology, Director of Research Centre of Big Data Analytics and Intelligent Systems. He previously held the academic posotions of an adjunct professor of the Federation University Australia, senior lecturer of University of Ballarat, adjunct professor of Hebei University of Science & Technology, professor of Hebei Normal University and other academic positions at Hebei University, China; RWTH Aachen, TU Cottbus, Germany; Bond University and the University of Wollongong, Australia. Dr Sun is a world-renowned scholar in many research fields such as artificial intelligence, data science, big data, cybersecurity, big data analytics, e-commerce, case based reasoning, and intelligent systems. He has 12 books, e.g. Sun Z (2024) Data Analytics for Business Intelligence: A Multi-industry Approach. CRC press Routledge | Taylor & Francis Group, and 180+ peer-reviewed research paper publications, completed 30+ research grants, supported by the Chinese Government, German Government, Australian Government, USA Government, and PNG Government, and lectured 46+ different courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students of IT, IS, CS, MBA and EMBA in universities of Australia, China and PNG. The taught courses include Artificial Intelligence, Big data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Cloud Computing, Data Management Systems, and Management Information Systems. He is an editor and/or associate editor of five international journals. His research has appeared in Journal of Computer Information Systems, Intelligent Journal of Intelligent Systems, Information Sciences, Knowledge-Based Systems, etc. “In Quest of data, analytics, and intelligence” accepted and presented at the 7th PNG Science and Technology Conference, Lae, received the “best presenter” award, 1-4 July, 2024. “Human-centered Artificial Intelligence Development” presented and accepted as a Keynote speaker, at the 7th PNG Science and Technology Conference. Lae. 1-4 July, 2024. His current research interests include artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, big data, big data analytics, data science, cloud computing, business intelligence, e-commerce, and intelligent systems. He is a senior member of IEEE and ACS, a distinguished member of AIS and a member of ACM.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence Entities
Artificial intelligence has been playing a significant role in making AI ubiquitous and upgrading economies and industries to intelligent ones. An artificial intelligence entity (AIE) is intelligent entity in terms of systems, apps, platforms, and tools. For instance, the Nvidia GPU chips, Deep Seek, and ChatGPT. Data, intelligences, and analytics are most important elements of the AIE. Currently, data, analytics, and intelligences and their integration are also at the frontier for revolutionizing our work, life, business, management, and organization as well as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and web services (Tkaczyk, 2024) (Kissinger, Schmidt, & Mundie, 2024). Big data has become one of the most unprecedented and ever-increasing frontiers for innovation, research, and development in the computer industry and business (Sun Z. , 2024). Big data analytics has drawn increasing attention in academia, industry, and government (Sun Z. , 2024). Artificial intelligence entities are becoming a core business and analytic competency to transform business processes, reconfigure workforces, optimize infrastructure, and blend industries (Laney & Jain, 2017). However, the current AI is a very mixed intelligence and very market-driven. 1. What is the next trend of artificial intelligence? 2. How can we examine artificial intelligence entity? 3. What is the relationship among Artificial intelligence entities, data, analytics and intelligences? All these three questions need to be addressed by academia, and industries. This research presents the deep theory of artificial intelligence entities, data, intelligences and analytics, intelligent models and algorithms. It looks at advanced technologies of intelligent agent systems, apps, and platforms with a variety of applications.
