Abstract

Digital and Data Security in Financial Management and Agricultural Business in Vietnam, Application of Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Training Artificial intelligence and digital technology are becoming urgent issues in Vietnam, in which the transition from traditional data to digital data poses a very urgent security issue for the financial and business management of digital enterprises. Moreover, cyber education is becoming a popular trend with artificial intelligence or the Internet of Things, which is a big challenge and difficulty. Our research builds a digital network from the university to the farm and innovative agricultural systems along the safe product supply chain. Establishing businesses to make secure input data, safe digitalization and virtual education linked to production practices in financial management, product management, and the general environment for humans and animals is necessary at different levels. A system providing data from students, university lecturers, farms and entrepreneurs is established in 6 different sectors, with digital enterprises as the centre and stakeholders contributing through a digital network (pig, cow, chicken farms; coffee, vegetable and seafood enterprises, food processing, product coordination and finance). A digital network connecting universities, farms and enterprises, our research not only creates an effective digital ecosystem but also opens up opportunities to optimize production activities and financial management. The application of artificial intelligence in cash flow analysis and forecasting, cost management and profit and loss optimization will help digital enterprises and farms maintain sustainable development while improving operational efficiency. Digital technology is not only a tool for data transformation but also the key to solving challenges in security, financial management and production, thereby creating a solid foundation for the development of rural businesses and communities in the digital age.
