Abstract

Boolean-Algebraic Framework for Maximal-Degree U-k-Seminets: Theoretical Foundations and Computational Advances This talk presents a novel Boolean-algebraic framework for the construction and classification of maximal-degree U-k-seminets. Building on and extending the foundational work of Gali? (1990, 1997), we introduce several original theorems establishing spectral and duality bounds for the maximal degree ? as a function of t and d. A hybrid algorithm (GC??C?G) combining algebraic rigidity and stochastic search is introduced, achieving efficient seminet generation via compatibility graphs, Galois duality, and Boolean incidence matrices. Applications span finite geometry, coding theory, and discrete topology, with implications for network design and artificial intelligence.
