Biography

Srinivas Naveen Reddy Dolu Surabhi (Srinivas Reddy) is working as a Scrum Manager at General Motors. He has over 13 years of automotive experience in developing model-based system simulation, developing electrification controls, co-simulation of Battery vehicle (BEV), Plant model development of complex systems which include battery, motor invertor, drive units. Srinivas Reddy has 14 peer-reviewed scholarly articles in various international journals such as Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication and presented his work in various conference proceedings. Received global citations for published research work. He is also a peer reviewer for major journals which include IEEE – VTS, ITS, IOT, SAE, IOP – Measurements and Science. He has one design patent and one company tool method secret approved. He has played a critical role in setting up co-simulation of BEV vehicles at GM virtualizing the physical controller software to run as a virtual ECU in the simulations and integrating with plant models to simulate the full vehicle for propulsion controls, virtual calibration development and validation activities at General Motors. He currently leads a team of 23 simulation engineers located at various parts of the world – Canada, USA and India. He holds a Master of Science degree from one of the most prestigious institute in India, Indian Institute of Science and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Osmania University, India.
